Business Development: 1. Responsible for the account management and maintenance of restaurants, café, bakeries, cinemas by working on new strategies, pricing, launching programs and marketing activities. 2. Develop new prospects from these sub-segments closely with the support of team member to achieve dynamic business growth. 3. Plan and arrange visiting existing customers for account penetration purpose, develop additional business from these accounts by providing training, service support (menus, equipment, etc.) to ensure consistent business growth according to the target set by company. 4. Provide analytical data about RCB segments to Sales Director China to help company management understand the situation of these sub-segment. Team Management: 1. provides leadership, motivation and training for team member, contributes to the morale and team spirit within the team, build up good team chemistry. Leads by example. 2. Establishes action plans and schedules for meeting team priorities. Assigning responsibilities, allocating resources and co-coordinating the activities of self and others team member to meet objectives efficiently and effectively.
