Responsibilities: Develop, improve and maintain the 3form website. Administration of my3form, a web-based order entry application and ICE configurator to ensure smooth operation of the system. Develop order entry and processing system for 3form. Support the 3form team in solving all IT issues. Communicate and coordinate effectively with 3formUSA, to ensure local products are available in global database and vice versa, and also with 3formEurope, Asian Operations as well as service/solution providers. Co-operate with Axapta team to develop the integration of my3form with Axapta ERP. Communicate effectively with the IT teams in Asian countries in regards to website contents and new features. Provide training and support to HD Asia users and resolve my3form application and ICE configurator. Create and enhance 3form applications related documentations. Work closely with 3form Marketing, Customer Service and Architectural/Hardware colleagues. Report to the General Manager, 3form Division, Asian Operations

Requirements: University graduate with major in Information Technology or equivalent. 2+ years of solid experience in web programming using PHP, website development and business environment. Experience in other web programming language, Java, XML and BizTalk will be advantageous. Knowledge on order processing is an advantage. Able to work independently. Details oriented. Very systematic and well organized. Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Expertise in IT.
